Patrick Stähler studied after a traineeship at Deutsche Bank Management and East Asian Studies at the University of St. Gallen, the Stockholm School of Economics and at Yonsei University in Seoul.
Besides his studies he was an active member of the student body and initiator of the CEMS Graduate Conference 1996 in St. Gallen. From 1996 to 1997 he was an associate at Lazard, an investment bank. His main focus as a member of the global Lazard High-Tech team.
In 1997 he returned back to the University of St. Gallen to the newly founded =mcminstitute. In Fall 2001 he received his Ph.D.
From 2002 to 2008 he worked as a business developer at Swisscom IT Services, the largest IT service provider in Switzerland. Recently, he founded his own company, fluidminds. You can reach him under Patrick.Staehler[at]gmail.com.
